Ventilated Full-Face Helmet – Glossy Black

StreetCore delivers across Bangladesh through approved courier partners. We aim to make delivery straightforward, predictable and easy to track from order confirmation to handover.

• Inside Dhaka: estimated delivery within 1–3 working days, subject to order confirmation.
• Dhaka Suburban: estimated delivery generally within 2–4 working days, subject to order confirmation and courier coverage.
• Outside Dhaka: estimated delivery within 3–5 working days, subject to order confirmation.
• The applicable delivery charge will be shown clearly during checkout before you place your order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, political unrest or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number where you can be reached easily. This helps the courier complete delivery without unnecessary delays.
• If we are unable to fulfil or deliver an order, StreetCore will contact you and arrange the appropriate cancellation, replacement or refund.

We understand that sometimes a size may not feel right or a product may need to be changed. Eligible products can be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and all included items must remain intact.
• You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.
• The requested replacement size or product must be available in stock.
• For exchanges requested because of size preference or a change of preference, the customer may need to cover the applicable return and re-delivery charges.
• If StreetCore sends the wrong product, wrong size, damaged product or defective product, StreetCore will cover the applicable exchange delivery cost.

For helmets and riding products, we cannot accept an exchange if the product shows signs of road use, impact, dropping, scratching, modification, removed labels or damage to the shell, liner, straps or other components.

For hygiene-sensitive products such as bandanas, an exchange may not be possible once the original sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been worn.

We want customers to receive exactly what they ordered and paid for. Refunds are available in situations where an order cannot be properly fulfilled or where there is a genuine product or delivery issue.

A refund may be approved where:

• StreetCore is unable to fulfil a confirmed order.
• A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is permitted.
• You receive an incorrect product and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
• A product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect and a replacement is unavailable.
• An eligible order is confirmed as lost, cancelled or undeliverable.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind when the correct, defect-free product has already been delivered.

If you receive a visibly damaged product, an incorrect item or an order with missing items, please contact StreetCore within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for your order number and clear photographs or video so the issue can be reviewed quickly.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through an appropriate payment method. Where a prepaid order cannot be delivered, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable Bangladesh digital-commerce requirements.

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund or return is required because StreetCore sent the wrong item, supplied a defective product or made an error with the order.
